Job summary

Morgan Group is seeking a maintenance professional for on-site property management duties across our Florida communities. The role emphasizes safety, timely response to service requests, and collaboration with on-site teams to keep properties in excellent condition.

The ideal candidate will adhere to established procedures, perform routine inspections, and support a comprehensive maintenance program across building interiors, exteriors, pools, and systems.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required.
• Basic experience with computers, Internet and email is required.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to maintenance, emergency procedures, leasing and marketing, management and operations manuals and Team Member Handbook.
• Monitor building systems (fire, electrical, security, elevators) and report hazards.
• Inspect community for hazards and maintain safe work area.
• Perform work in compliance with OSHA and Morgan Operations manual.
• Maintain safety standards and secure storage for hazardous materials.
• Assist in preventive maintenance for building interiors and exteriors including pools, HVAC, lighting.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure vacant units are market-ready within 7 days.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and keep area organized daily.
• Build relationships with department associates and cross-department teams.
