The Stellar Family is seeking a Porter to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming common areas across our residential communities in Texas. You will perform custodial tasks, light maintenance, and assist the maintenance team to ensure move-in readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial, janitorial, or groundskeeping is preferred.
• Pride in work and a sharp eye for cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform outdoor work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Keep common areas spotless: lobbies, hallways, clubhouses, fitness centers, restrooms, laundry rooms, and leasing offices.
• Maintain grounds: parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and exterior areas.
• Perform light maintenance: bulb replacements, paint touch-ups, drywall repairs, and fixture repairs.
• Support maintenance team with work orders and emergency needs.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and ensure move-in readiness.
