Responsibilities

• Keep grounds clean; maintain lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators and stairways
• Assist with make-readies and work orders
• Clean vacancies as required
• Wash windows, doors and sills; clean carpets and woodwork
• Sweep, scrub, wax and polish floors; empty trash receptacles
• Replenish restroom supplies and lighting as needed
