Responsibilities
Basic Function: This role involves facility maintenance and customer interaction. Previous experience is preferred but not required. The individual must work with minimal supervision. Other duties include equipment servicing and general housekeeping.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, with possible additional skills in maintenance, electrical work, or painting depending on the role.
License Requirement: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Availability: Flexibility for various shifts, including weekends or third shifts if required.
Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer Service: Positive attitude and responsiveness to customer needs.
Adaptability and Judgment: Ability to handle change and make sound decisions under pressure.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, and standing for long periods.
Salary Range: $15.00 per hour
