Qualifications

• 0-1 year of custodial/maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read policies and SDS; understand chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance in common areas, floors, and amenities.
• Clean and sanitize high-traffic areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and recreation spaces.
• Monitor sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, and outdoor spaces for cleanliness.
• Empty and tidy trash and recycling areas; report safety concerns.
• Assist residents with moving in/out and provide courteous customer service.
