Job summary

Fairstead ESC LLC seeks a Porter to provide routine cleaning and custodial maintenance across our properties. You will help repair and maintain community features, walk the property daily for safety and curb appeal, and uphold high levels of resident service.

The role includes a $2,500 signing bonus and full benefits. Candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude in a dynamic, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• General interest in custodial and/or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and being on call.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairing and maintaining the community features.
• Ensure a safe and clean-living experience for our residents.
• Maintain a high-level of customer service.
• Walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.
