Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as per checklists and supervisor instructions to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the facility.
• Conduct daily inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Clean and maintain garage surfaces, entrances, exits, and related areas.
• Empty trash cans and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Paint and maintain facility surfaces as directed.
• Replace bulbs, manage oil spills, and report repairs.
• Ensure safety equipment and gate operations are functioning correctly.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and keep records of maintenance activities.
• Operate equipment such as sweepers, lawnmowers, and snow removal tools.
• Assist with customer service, handle complaints, and support other duties as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in facility maintenance is preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is necessary if operating company vehicles. Availability for shifts, including weekends and nights, may be required.
