Responsibilities

Basic Function - This position involves facility maintenance duties and customer interaction. Prior experience is preferred but not required. The individual must work with minimal supervision. Other duties may include equipment servicing and general housekeeping.

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as per checklists and supervisor instructions to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs of the garage to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Clean entrances, exits, stairwells, and other areas using appropriate tools.
• Empty trash cans in all designated areas.
• Paint and maintain facility surfaces as directed.
• Replace bulbs and apply absorbents to spills.
• Report repair or maintenance needs.
• Check safety equipment and operational status of gates and ticket spitters.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and keep records of maintenance activities.
• Operate cleaning equipment and outdoor tools as needed.
• Assist with snow removal when required.
• Report safety hazards or policy violations promptly.
• Practice excellent customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in maintenance, electrical, or painting is a plus.

License: Valid driver’s license required if operating company vehicles.

Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, based on location needs.

Skills: Clear communication, customer service orientation, adaptability, sound judgment, professionalism, and physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions.
