Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean, safe, and maintain parking garages and lots to company standards.
• Perform daily maintenance: clean grounds, equipment, safety checks, minor repairs, paint/sealants/lubrication, remove trash.
• Operate maintenance equipment: blowers, sweepers, power washers.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedule; document activities in logs.
• Notify management of material or supply needs.
• Represent Legacy Parking professionally and courteously with customers.
• Assist customers to ensure a great parking experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

This is a full‑time role with required availability Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance & Appearance

• Ensure parking garages and lots are clean, safe, and maintained to company standards.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks including:
  • Cleaning grounds, equipment, and surrounding areas
  • Completing safety checks and minor repairs
  • Applying paint, sealants, and lubrication as needed
  • Removing trash and debris
• Operate maintenance equipment such as blowers, sweepers, and power washers.
• Follow the preventative maintenance schedule provided by the Location Manager.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities in log systems.
• Notify management of material or supply needs in a timely manner.

Customer Service

• Represent Legacy Parking with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Assist customers or visitors courteously, ensuring a great parking experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
