Legacy Parking Company seeks a dependable, motivated Maintenance Porter to help maintain a parking facility in Atlanta. This full‑time role requires availability Monday to Friday and a hands‑on approach to keeping facilities clean, safe, and well‑maintained.

The position focuses on facility upkeep, adherence to safety checks, and delivering friendly customer service to parkers and visitors. You will operate relevant equipment and support the Location Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, custodial, or general facility operations is required.
• Experience using power washers and floor scrubbers preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Dependable with excellent time‑management and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Friendly, customer‑focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean, safe, and maintain parking garages and lots to company standards.
• Perform daily maintenance: clean grounds, equipment, safety checks, minor repairs, paint/sealants/lubrication, remove trash.
• Operate maintenance equipment: blowers, sweepers, power washers.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedule; document activities in logs.
• Notify management of material or supply needs.
• Represent Legacy Parking professionally and courteously with customers.
• Assist customers to ensure a great parking experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
