Job summary

An enthusiastic Plumber is sought to join the Estates Maintenance Team at Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Trust, responsible for maintenance and repair of plumbing plant across Trust properties. You will work on water distribution, drainage and legionella control, participate in the on-call rota, and use your initiative to ensure safe, reliable operation across sites.

Salary is Agenda for Change band 4 (£28,392-£31,157 per annum) with on-call payments and a yearly allowance (£6,040.95).

Qualifications

• - Water systems knowledge including hot and cold distribution and drainage.
• - Ability to problem solve plumbing issues safely.
• - Willingness to participate in on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of plumbing plant and equipment across Trust properties.
• Operate as Competent Person (CP) as defined in HTM 04-01.
• Participate in the on-call rota and travel between sites.
