Amey is seeking an On-Site Plumber to deliver planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across facilities to keep sites safe, compliant and operational.

You will diagnose and repair faults across a range of plumbing systems, carry out mains water supply repairs, and conduct inspections, water sampling and risk assessments in line with regulatory requirements. This is a permanent full-time role based in Durham with a salary of £30,866 to £36,135 per year.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver planned and reactive plumbing maintenance to ensure facilities remain safe, compliant and operational.
• Diagnose and repair faults across a variety of plumbing systems and equipment.
• Carry out mains water supply repairs and system improvements.
• Conduct inspections, water sampling and risk assessments in line with regulatory requirements.
• Identify life-expired equipment and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
• Support the wider facilities team in maintaining high standards across the site.
