- Carry out installation, repair and maintenance on building fabric and mechanical/electrical plant and equipment.
- Participate in Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete worksheets/logbooks.
- Diagnose faults and repair mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.
- Adhere to Health & Safety requirements and Trust policies.
