Job summary

Rydon is seeking a Multi-skilled Maintenance Operative to join its Maintenance team in Dartford, Kent. You will focus on plumbing PPMs and reactive repairs across the site, with additional general maintenance such as electricals, carpentry, and painting.

Candidates should have NHS experience or related facility maintenance, an NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing, and a full UK driving license. A pool van is provided for material collection, and there is an on-call rota to boost earnings.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing qualification is required.
Experience with planned preventative and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems.
Full UK driving license required; pool van available for on-call material collection.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive plumbing repairs across the site.
Perform general building maintenance including basic electrical, carpentry, painting, plastering as needed.
Work in a live, secure healthcare environment following safety protocols at all times.
Participate in an on-call rota to handle urgent repairs and increase earnings.
