Job summary

HMIS seeks a detail-oriented Work Control Planner to coordinate maintenance activities and develop work orders within the CMMS. You will ensure tasks are prioritized, documented accurately, and aligned with safety requirements, incorporating hazard controls into plans.

You will lead hazard analyses, coordinate field walkdowns, and engage SMEs to ensure comprehensive plans and timely material tracking. Strong communication and Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a PIV badge.
• BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of work control processes and safety compliance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prioritize, and manage work orders aligned with safety and operations.
• Document and track work orders in the CMMS/eBOMS.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Lead hazard analyses and field walkdowns to identify controls.
• Prepare and submit PFWR requests and track status.
• Communicate schedule status to the work management team.
• Collaborate with field crews, SMEs, and planning staff.
