Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience or reliability engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance planning and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Work Management Process and ensure governance.
• Facilitate communication between Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering.
• Conduct audits of job plans and oversee job readiness.
