Job summary

You will optimize uptime using CMMS and Shop Logix, manage inventory, review requests, and drive continuous improvement through 6S and proactive maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and communicate with all plant levels.
• Proficient in CMMS, SAP, and office software.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Minimum two years in a production environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Safety-conscious with 6S and PPE adherence.
• Capable of scheduling and coordinating maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team to plan and execute work orders.
• Use CMMS and Shop Logix to track downtime and KPI trends.
• Manage storeroom inventory and parts setup to reduce downtime.
• Review requests for timely planning and completion.
• Keep CMMS data accurate for equipment lifecycle.
• Monitor KPIs: safety, downtime, PM completion, overtime, cost.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations to improve operations.
• Maximize uptime via preventive maintenance.
• Enforce safety standards, 6S, PPE.
• Schedule mechanics and monitor repairs.
• Coordinate parts orders and equipment rebuilds.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance areas.
• Attend shift with attendance as essential.
