Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Maintenance Lead in St. Albans, VT to manage maintenance planning and scheduling, drive TPM activities, and coach line teams to improve technical skills. The role requires strong maintenance experience in a food manufacturing setting and a solid technical background.

Qualifications

• Technical experience in the food industry is required.
• Mechanical and electrical experience are required.
• Minimum technical education is required.
• Strong organizational and technical skills are essential.
• Ability to teach, coach, and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily planning and execution of the maintenance plan.
• Plan and schedule maintenance work.
• Track maintenance indicators and in-process measures.
• Develop improvement plans and lead continuous improvement.
• Support PM pillars and site PM system as needed.
