Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Schaumburg, IL to schedule and optimize maintenance for the site. You will coordinate with production and engineering, ensuring availability of parts, labor, and equipment to maximize uptime.

You will maintain CMMS data, generate KPI reports, and drive improvement initiatives across maintenance activities in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical or AA degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3 years' experience in manufacturing, maintenance or engineering.
• Experience planning and coordinating maintenance with production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan all maintenance activities (predictive, preventive, condition-based) with production plan.
• Manage CMMS data: BOMs, PMs, and changes for equipment.
• Monitor backlog, schedule work, and ensure timely completion.
• Audit data entry in SAP/AMM; provide training as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and report KPIs.
