Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. in High Point, North Carolina is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate in-house planned maintenance, preventive maintenance, and the work order backlog based on production needs and available resources.

You will manage work orders through SAP, schedule daily activities, and maintain inventory of maintenance parts and production supplies while ensuring safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years in MRO, manufacturing, or related work experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and company computer systems.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-house planned maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.
• Review, update and close maintenance work orders through SAP or established program.
• Manage work order backlog to establish execution schedules and minimize downtime.
• Schedule and manage daily and weekly maintenance activity schedules.
• Create purchase orders, negotiate prices, and procure parts and supplies.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and production supplies.
• Maintain up-to-date library of machine manuals, prints, and schematics.
• Prepare maintenance financial, statistical, and technical reports.
