Job summary

Centennial Farms Dairy is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize and schedule all maintenance activities across the plant, prioritizing safety, quality, and reliability. The role involves coordinating labor, parts, and materials, maintaining records, and ensuring timely execution of work orders.

The planner will work closely with Maintenance Managers to optimize PM schedules, track performance, and support continuous improvement in equipment uptime and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/Electrical background preferred or technical training.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to estimate labor, materials and costs for maintenance jobs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a maintenance work schedule for all plants/areas.
• Creates and updates work orders with scope, lead time, labor, and materials.
• Coordinates with Purchasing and Maintenance teams to ensure parts availability and on-time execution.
• Monitors PM workload and ensures adherence to preventive maintenance plans.
