Job summary

Unilever Raeford, NC is seeking a Maintenance Planner Scheduler to plan nonemergency maintenance, develop detailed job plans, and ensure parts and tools are available for efficient work. You’ll collaborate with Production Management, Supervisors and Technicians to prioritize tasks, maintain BOMs, coordinate kitting and repairs, and support continuous improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance.

Shift: 1st shift (6:30 am–3:00 pm), full benefits from day one, and career advancement

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree in a technical field or four years of equivalent experience in industrial maintenance.
• BS/BA in Industrial Technology/Engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, Project).
• Experience with CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan nonemergency maintenance work for technicians.
• Create detailed job plans and identify parts and tools.
• Coordinate with Production Management to prioritize work.
• Communicate equipment needs with Supervisors and Technicians.
• Maintain BOM and critical spare parts lists.
• Kitting and scheduling of parts after receipt.
• Support PM and PDM activities and defect reviews.
• Close out work orders after completion.
