Job summary

Leprino Foods is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler for the Lubbock, TX facility to optimize maintenance work, minimize downtime, and ensure safe, compliant operations. You will plan preventative maintenance, coordinate parts and technicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial maintenance or production planning, with at least 1 year leading teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, production planning, or other relevant experience.
1+ year of experience leading, mentoring, and/or delegating work to others.
Technical knowledge of inventory principles, materials management, production management, transportation, OSHA regulations and customer service needs.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule preventative maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
Ensure parts and equipment are available for maintenance activities.
Follow up to ensure maintenance plans are executed as scheduled.
Prioritize maintenance projects to minimize downtime while ensuring safety and quality.
Comply with governmental regulatory reporting requirements.
Foster collaboration with other department supervisors and managers.
