The role requires a high school diploma or higher and at least six years in maintenance or manufacturing, with four years as a planner/scheduler preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Six (6) years of maintenance and/or manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to be on-call.

Responsabilités

• Plan, schedule and follow up on job plans for PM, PDM and corrective work to maximize equipment availability.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and engineering to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Review incoming shop work orders for materials, time and craft requirements.
• Update BOMs and stockroom spares relevant to rolling stock.
• Provide clear scopes for maintenance work and communicate schedules to all stakeholders.
• Maintain backlog and generate accurate, actionable work plans.
