Job Functions

• Prioritize and assign work orders for completion
• Supervises the various maintenance trade associates on an as needed basis
• Develop and implement preventative, predictive and strategic maintenance plans and task list
• Analyze data around maintenance issues
• Develop, maintain, and analyze RCM metrics
• Develop and analyze BOM’s (part kit, recipe)
• Coordinate with scheduling in regards to preventative maintenance scheduling, scheduled maintenance, and breakdowns
• Manage interlay repaired parts
• Provides team leadership consistent with company vision, mission and culture.
• Processes SAP notifications, including work orders, revision updates and TECO
• Maintain department integrity through compliance of safety and food safety guidelines
• Shares an obligation to protect and strengthen Graphic Packaging International’s good reputation in our relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, competitors, investors, and governmental agencies, and to act consistently with our strategic pillars: Innovation, Culture, Planet and Results.

Pay Range: $68,175.00 - $90,900.00
