Job summary

Bel Brands is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee administrative tasks for the maintenance department and coordinate maintenance events with the Maintenance Manager and Leads. The role focuses on implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance, parts inventory, invoicing, and reporting processes.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with SAP; manufacturing environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of administrative experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Preventative Maintenance and Work Order programs.
• Coordinate Work Orders and Preventative Maintenance with Maintenance Leads; assist planning.
• Track and report KPI/maintenance metrics in PCS meetings.
• Work in SAP and assist maintenance technicians as a training resource.
• Maintain inspection report files for outside agencies.
• Coordinate outside contractors for repairs and services.
• Act as backup for Maintenance Coordinator.
