Job summary

Wheatland Tube in Blytheville, AR is seeking a Maintenance Planner to enhance preventive maintenance programs and improve work order planning. You will work with maintenance leads and production teams to ensure planned activities are executed efficiently using SAP.

The role requires 3+ years of multi-craft maintenance experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time on-site position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

• 3+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes maintenance methods and implements improvements to preventive maintenance programs.
• Tracks and trends KPIs related to equipment reliability and planning efficiency.
• Establishes and improves planning, scheduling, stores, and data management to optimize resources.
• Collaborates with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize backlogs and align schedules with plant priorities.
• Creates and maintains SAP maintenance plans and task lists with accurate history and documentation.
• Prepares daily maintenance schedules and work packets, including tasks, routes, and non-emergency repairs.
• Ensures timely completion of all work orders by maintenance staff and contractors.
• Prepares outage schedules using project management tools.
• Leads daily planning meetings and reviews maintenance performance at shift changes.
• Monitors parts sent for repair and manages return logistics.
