Job summary

Kemira is seeking a Maintenance Planner for the Coagulant Manufacturing facility in Mojave, CA. The role oversees end-to-end maintenance planning, acts as SAP super-user, and manages procurement for MRO supplies and contractor services.

You will collaborate with Maintenance Manager and Operations to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance, while supporting global initiatives and a culture of inclusion and growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning in an industrial environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and maintenance management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to optimize equipment performance.
• Coordinate with operations and engineering to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records and documentation in SAP.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
