Job summary

Kemira operates a Coagulant Manufacturing facility in Mojave, CA and seeks a Maintenance Planner to oversee planning, scheduling, and procurement for maintenance activities. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and maintenance management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• English and Spanish communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Coordinating with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
• Managing maintenance records and documentation in SAP.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Sourcing and purchasing MRO supplies, spare parts, and contractor services.
• And any other duties as assigned.
