Elementis PLC in Springs, NY is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring parts and resources are ready for execution and coordinating with operations to minimize downtime.
The role requires a strong background in maintenance, reliability, or engineering, experience with CMMS, and a commitment to safety, quality, and cost control. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support safe and efficient operations. This role focuses on organizing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work by developing detailed job plans, securing materials and resources, and aligning schedules with production needs.The Maintenance Planner serves as a key link between maintenance, operations, and materials management, ensuring work is properly scoped, prioritized, and ready for execution. Success in this role is measured by improved asset reliability, schedule compliance, reduced emergency repairs, and optimized maintenance costs.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, sit, walk, reach, stoop, squat, climb ladders, ramps & stairs, push and pull, reach at or below waist level and occasionally overhead, drive (forklift), hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds (machinery alarms). Must be able to wear respirator and any other necessary personal protective equipment.
*This position requires a fit for duty physical.

Intermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, and Data Processing

The base hiring range is between $75,446.09 - $92,211.88. In addition to hiring salary, compensation package may include additional components such as health benefits, life insurance, 401K, vacation and yearly bonus incentives.
