Job summary

McWane Ductile Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Planner to develop, coordinate, and optimize maintenance plans that maximize equipment reliability, safety, and production uptime. You will serve as the CMMS administrator and support asset management initiatives through RCM principles and preventive maintenance optimization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in heavy industrial manufacturing, preferably foundry or steel mill experience, and will collaborate with operations, maintenance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years related experience and/or training required.
• Asset Management experience preferred.
• CMMS administration experience.
• Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft Windows, MS Office programs and applications for word processing, email, database management and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed maintenance job plans including labor requirements, tools, materials, permits, and equipment access requirements.
• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities.
• Build maintenance work packages that contain safety requirements, procedures, technical drawings, parts lists, and resource needs.
• Monitor work order backlog and prioritize activities based on safety, reliability, production impact, and asset criticality.
• Support outage and plant shutdown planning activities from scope development through execution.
• Plan the work for outside contractors, make contracts, field investigations, file searches to define scope of work and organize jobs in a timely manner.
