Job summary

Greif, Inc. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our team. You will perform preventive maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and support continuous plant operations.

You’ll read manuals and diagrams, install and calibrate equipment, and assist junior colleagues while upholding safety and Lean Manufacturing principles. This role requires 2–3 years of related experience and a high school diploma or technical training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical training, plus 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and work orders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Read manuals/diagrams and follow work orders.
• Assemble, install, calibrate equipment.
• Support plant safety programs and Lean initiatives.
• Assist junior maintenance colleagues.
