Qualifications

1–2 years developing and maintaining detailed maintenance schedules to optimize labor and reduce downtime.
1–2 years using Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation and process standardization.
1–2 years creating executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting solutions in Power BI.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and production alignment.
Coordinate maintenance activities, shutdowns, installations, and major projects with cross-functional teams.
Monitor backlogs, schedule compliance, and resource utilization to improve workflow efficiency.
Maintain CMMS records and analyze equipment data to identify trends and reliability improvements.
Support RCM and continuous improvement through data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports translating maintenance data into insights.
Design automated workflows with Power Automate and 365 tools to streamline planning, reporting, and approvals.
