Qualifications

• 3 years maintenance technician experience
• Experience as a planner within a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment
• Experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project)

Responsibilities

• Engage in the plant's safety culture and lead risk management
• Plan maintenance work with proper scoping, estimates, and ready state
• Plan, estimate, and stage parts for work orders
• Validate parts for correctness before kitting
• Develop and optimize standard job plans
• Catalog new parts and submit stock requests
• Use CMMS to manage equipment data and update BOM and SMP
• Identify opportunities for improvements
• Maintain maintenance records
• Scope work and assess requirements for routine, planned down day, and outage activities
• Maintain the work order kitting and staging areas
• Submit work requests
• Oversee down day and outage work
• Work on-call hours as required
