Job summary

Georgia-Pacific’s Gypsum Division seeks a qualified Maintenance Planner to support Savannah, GA operations. You will engage in the plant’s safety culture and ensure maintenance work is properly scoped, estimated, and ready before work begins.

Responsibilities include planning, estimating, staging parts, validating components, and improving standard maintenance procedures while coordinating contractors and outages as needed.

Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience planning maintenance work with clear scoping, estimation and readiness.
• Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused maintenance planning and risk management.
• Plan, estimate and stage parts for work orders; ensure correct parts are used.
• Support execution of work and oversee down days and outages.
