The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with CMMS systems such as Maximo. Experience with SAP and EBP is a plus; this is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 3 years of parts ordering and inventory management.
• 3 years of plant/project/construction work planning and scheduling (preferred).
• Experience with Maximo preferred; CMMS strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute the plant PM program.
• Organize and audit work orders to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure inventory levels in the maintenance parts room.
• Track purchase orders and report monthly budgets.
• Lead the Parts Expeditor / Clerk.
• Purchase parts through SAP and EBP; maintain SAP PM database.
• Arrange disposal of hazardous chemicals.
• Coordinate annual equipment inspections.
• Schedule weekly maintenance planning meetings.

Job Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $32.18 to $40.15 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

The Maintenance Planner oversees the plant preventative maintenance program and the maintenance parts room.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute the plant Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program.
• Organize, distribute and audit all work orders to maximize plant efficiency and minimize production down time.
• Ensure appropriate inventory levels in the maintenance parts room.
• Track all purchase orders to meet monthly budgets; assist Plant Maintenance Manager in the budgeting process through monthly reporting and review.
• Lead the Parts Expeditor / Clerk.
• Purchase needed parts through SAP and EBP; oversee and assist where required in the maintenance of the SAP PM database for plant.
• Arrange for disposal of hazardous chemicals.
• Coordinate annual inspections of all plant equipment.
• Coordinates weekly maintenance work planning and scheduling meetings.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related maintenance experience is typically required.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint) required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years Parts ordering / inventory maagement, industrial maintenance required.
• 3 years Plant/Project/Construction Work Planning and Scheduling preferred.
• Prefer experience with Maximo.
• CMMS experience Strongly preferred.
