Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining PM/PdM strategies, leading weekly planning meetings, updating CMMS data, and driving data-driven improvements to reduce downtime and total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as A-rate mechanical or electrical technician, or 2+ years as maintenance supervisor.
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing or military environment.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience required.
• Technical problem solving and attention to detail required.
• MS Office and CMMS proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Plan preventive and predictive maintenance with detailed instructions, safety precautions, and PPE, parts, tools, and duration.
• Plan corrective work and standardize tasks; stage parts and tools for jobs.
• Lead area planning prioritization through regular maintenance meetings.
• Lead annual PM quality reviews and CMMS training; address safety issues.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Storeroom, IT, and Procurement for data capture and part availability.
• Monitor maintenance metrics and update PM/PdM data; identify impending failures and trigger follow-ups.
