Job summary

Vicinity Energy is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Baltimore, MD to develop plans and schedules for capital and major maintenance projects. This role requires applying reliability-centered maintenance concepts to preventive maintenance and coordinating with the Maintenance Manager in a union, full-time setting.

The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and offers a base hourly rate of $33.58 plus a 10% bonus target.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience planning, scheduling, coordination in an industrial or power plant setting.
• Proficiency with CMMS software, preferably Maximo.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and schedules for capital and major maintenance projects.
• Track work progress and update CMMS with status changes.
• Lead planning meetings to establish priorities and deadlines.
• Visit customer sites to monitor project progress and report findings.
• Prepare reports on backlog, KPI trends, and schedules for management.
