Job summary

Redwood Materials is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate daily and weekly maintenance activities, ensuring safe and reliable plant operations. You will act as the key interface between Operations, Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, and the Spares Team to ensure work is properly planned and resourced.

In this role you will manage preventive maintenance, plan work orders, and track KPIs while supporting contractor coordination and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance or maintenance planning experience.
• Experience planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Strong safety and process knowledge in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily and weekly maintenance schedules based on plant priorities.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance work orders ensuring labor, materials, permits, and tools are ready.
• Manage the preventive maintenance program including scheduling and tracking.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Storeroom teams to optimize production.
• Monitor backlog and KPIs to drive reliability improvements.
• Support contractor coordination and corrective action implementation.
