Job summary

Sunny Sky Products in Douglassville, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our food and beverage manufacturing operations. The role performs preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production, packaging, and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, troubleshooting PLC-controlled machinery, and maintaining plant utilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food or beverage preferred).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with conveyors, fillers, mixers, packaging lines, pumps, and motors.
• Basic PLC and automation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on processing, packaging, and material handling equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery and automated systems (where applicable).
• Maintain plant utilities including boilers, compressors, refrigeration systems, and HVAC (as applicable).
• Conduct facility repairs related to plumbing, lighting, doors, flooring, and structural components.
