Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking a Maintenance Planner for our Hotline/Operations Group in Alcoa, TN. The role liaises between production, engineering, and maintenance and includes data entry, record-keeping, and parts ordering to support production and maintenance.

The position reports to the Maintenance Superintendent and requires scheduling, material staging, and use of Oracle eAM. Candidates should have 3–5 years in planning and scheduling, plus a mechanical/electrical background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3–5 years planning and scheduling experience.
• Mechanical or electrical background.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Manage Work Orders, Preventative Maintenance Orders and Predictive Maintenance to optimize craft time.
• Identify materials, tools, and parts; ensure efficient part availability.
• Schedule follow-up work and update records in Oracle eAM.
• Apply Lean manufacturing tools to improve processes.
• Maintain weekday and weekend work schedules and outages.
• Ensure safety and environmental requirements before scheduling work.
• Enter production and maintenance data to support CI.
• Update documentation and maintain calibration records.
• Order and stock materials to support maintenance.
• Backfill as Maintenance Supervisor during vacations and outages.
• Assist with overtime system management.
