Job summary

The Judge Group in Bagdad, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Planner II to support maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution activities. This role focuses on developing and maintaining maintenance schedules, managing SAP data, coordinating resources, and ensuring safe, efficient maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling processes and workflows.
• Knowledge of mining and/or processing equipment operations and functionality.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of maintenance management systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze maintenance performance data and make scheduling recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling activities with site supervision.
• Develop and optimize schedules to meet reliability goals.
• Maintain SAP maintenance data integrity.
• Review, prioritize and schedule work orders for planning meetings.
• Execute Runtime Forecasting for assigned areas.
• Coach junior planners on planning methods and best practices.
• Support supervisors with job prep, materials planning, and follow-up.
• Coordinate long-range planning, shutdowns, and major projects.
• Ensure proper maintenance history in SAP.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on inventory and material availability.
• Prepare scopes of work and support contract execution.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Generate KPI reports for site leadership.
