Qualifications

• 6+ years of specific experience in field maintenance in mining/mfg or 6 years of specific Planning experience.
• Experience in field maintenance including 4 years of specific Planning experience.
• Ability to mentor Planner I personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance activities by planning and scheduling effectively.
• Ensure the integrity of information management systems in achieving planning objectives.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly planning meetings with stakeholders.

Skills

Understanding of concepts and workflow of Maintenance Planning/Scheduling

Understanding of mining and/or processing equipment function

Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Professional/effective written and oral communications skills

Education

High School diploma or GED

Associate's degree in a technical field

Bachelor's degree in a technical field
