Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Planner & Scheduler in Bagdad, AZ to support the area supervisor and ensure readiness of materials and equipment resources. This role focuses on planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities in a large-scale industrial setting.

You will work with SAP to maintain schedules, run weekly planning meetings, and generate reports. A strong background in mining/manufacturing maintenance and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Four years field maintenance experience in mining/manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Two years planning experience in maintenance planning in mining/manufacturing or industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the area Supervisor in all facets of job preparation, execution and follow up per company standards.
• Establish and monitor planned schedules for assigned activities; participate in planning meetings.
• Responsible for Runtime Forecasting and execution of outcomes in the area.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust schedules; maintain these in the management system (SAP).
• Execute and maintain history for all activities in SAP.
• Engage with onsite Global Supply Chain to manage warehouse stock and storage.
• Prepare scopes of work and interface with vendors for services and equipment.
• Collaborate with senior Planners for planned major production shutdowns.
• Ensure data integrity in SAP to achieve planning objectives.
• Provide data to support budgets and weekly forecasting.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports for site management.
