Job summary

Danos, LLC in Williston, ND seeks a Maintenance Scheduler II to develop and maintain 1–4 week maintenance plans for oil and gas facilities. You will coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure work is properly planned, resourced, and executed.

You will monitor backlog, schedule performance, and drive continuous improvement in work management processes while communicating risks and schedule changes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in maintenance planning, scheduling, maintenance coordination, or related operations.
• Experience in oil and gas, energy, industrial, manufacturing, or related operations.
• Proficiency with SAP PM, Maximo, Oracle, Emaintenance or similar CMMS.
• Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Overview

The Maintenance Scheduler II is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining maintenance schedules that support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of oil and gas facilities. This role partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure maintenance activities are properly planned, prioritized, resourced, and executed. The Scheduler monitors backlog health, coordinates workforce and contractor resources, tracks schedule performance, and drives continuous improvement in maintenance work management processes.
