Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with six years experience in field maintenance or six years planning experience.
• Alternative: Associate degree with four years related experience in field maintenance or industrial ops.
• Bachelor's degree with two years related maintenance planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling of maintenance activities with site supervisors.
• Ensure data integrity in planning systems and capture performance metrics.
• Run runtimes forecasting and participate in planning meetings with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to Planner I personnel and mentor junior staff.
• Prepare scopes of work and manage material readiness for jobs.
• Collaborate on long-range planning for shutdowns and major projects.
