Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Reliability Engineer II for the Holly Hill Cement Plant in South Carolina. You will create, implement and monitor CBM programs, lead maintenance planning and drive reliability improvements on critical equipment.

Required are a mechanical engineering degree and 5-7 years in heavy manufacturing, with SAP, AutoCAD, Project and MS Office proficiency. Relocation support is provided for the right candidate; on-site role with strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
• 5-7 years of heavy manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with vibration analysis and PMR/BOM development.
• Proficient in SAP, AutoCAD, Project and MS Office.
• Willingness to relocate to Holly Hill, SC.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reliability based systems and vibration analysis.
• Create PMRs and BOMs for plant equipment.
• Manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee PM work orders with area operations and central maintenance.
• Provide leadership and coaching to reliability teams.
• Lead root cause analyses and continuous improvement.
• Support MTBF improvements for major equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
