Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Maintenance Planner at its McKinney, TX operation to lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Smartsheet.
• 1–3 years of maintenance planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and reliability teams to standardize practices.
• Review equipment docs to develop SOPs and maintenance jobs.
• Develop and optimize the preventive maintenance program for reliability.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to maximize labor and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate parts kitting to ensure materials are available.
• Conduct weekly maintenance tool room audits.
• Monitor planning metrics and propose efficiency improvements.
• Support continuous improvement by streamlining maintenance workflows.
