Job summary

REEL USA Corp. has an exciting on-site opportunity for a Maintenance Planner in Mobile, AL, to support maintenance planning for the Final Assembly Line (FAL) located at Airbus. You will manage maintenance plans, organize work orders, and ensure safe execution of tasks.

The role requires five years of planning experience, strong communication, and SAP/ERP proficiency. A team-based, safety-focused mindset and the ability to coordinate with the director and foreman are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or certificate in maintenance planning preferred.
• Minimum of five years' maintenance planning experience.
• Strong safety, health, and environmental record.
• Able to work in a team with clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with SAP and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance plan and related work orders.
• Organize tasks based on inspection reports and priorities.
• Maintain safety-minded practices in all activities.
• Coordinate with the Director and maintenance foreman.
• Prepare monthly activity progress reports and KPI data.
• Populate SAP equipment/assets data and ensure accuracy.
