Job summary

REEL USA in Mobile, AL is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support the Final Assembly Line maintenance planning activities. The role requires organizing work orders, validating inspection reports, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure safe, efficient operations on-site.

Qualifications

• Work in a safemanner. Actively participates in REEL's safety, health, and environmental programs. Attends scheduled team meetings and completes safety training requirements. Keeps work area safe and clean.
• Support the Director and maintenance foreman through a variety of tasks related to maintenance planning.
• Effectively communicate through telephone and email to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.
• Prepare key performance indicator to monitor maintenance contract execution.
• Involved with supplier coordination.
• Follow the deadlines and monthly task to be executed with in maintenance plan in given month and weeks.
• Populates the equipment/assets sheets in the SAP database with all relevant data.
• Gathers the information and prepares the monthly activity progress report.
• Checks the availability of the necessary documentation for the proper execution of maintenance services.
• Initiate, in conjunction with the Quality & Environmental Health Safety (EHS) Manager, maintenance audit(s).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
